How-to establish a direct chat connection

A direct chat connection is a private chat between you and another person that does not go through the IRC network.
You can initiate a direct chat request by:
1. From the DCC menu and choose DCC Chat
2. Right-Click on a name in a channel nicklist and choose Direct Chat
