Set the mode of the channel or
user.
Channel Modes:
+p = private channel
+s = secret channel
+I = invite only channel
+t = topic settable by channel ops
only
+n = no messages in channel from
clients not in channel
+m = moderated – only people
with +o or +v can speak
+l[n] = set limit to n number of
people in channel
+k[password] = set password for
channel
User Modes:
+o = give operator status to a
nickname
+b = ban a nickname or hostmask
+v = give a nickname voice
permission in a moderated channel
